31 July 2011 If a company have HP income and other income also like interest then how can it be taxed and can i claim the expenses against other income. please replay soon

31 July 2011 For companies also. we need to calculate the Income under different heads like House property/Capital gains/Other sources and taxed accordingly

07 August 2011 Letting out of Building in any form House, commercial property it will be covered under Income from House property only u/s.22 of the Income tax act
