70% abatement and 30% payable by service receiver under reverse charge mechanism.

On GTA service person liable for payment of freight is liable for payment of Service Tax as per notification no 26/12
However if such person is located in non taxable territory, for example J&K, service provider is liable for payment of service
However if such person is located in non taxable territory, for example J&K, service provider is liable for payment of service
