IF BOTH THE SUPPLIER (EXPORTER) AND GTA IS OUTSIDE INDIA AND PAYMENT OF FREIGHT IS MADE BY THE SUPPLIER THEN, IS IMPORTER IS LIABLE FOR THE GST ON RCM ?
