19 August 2012 Can someone please tell is there any procedure for greivance redressal online on the income tax site or anywhere??

And if not then how can i address my issues concerning delay in processing of my refund at CPC Bengluru??

19 August 2012 You can raise a ticket with the call center at CPC and ask for call back on the status.
Hope you have completed all pre processing formalities like ITR V etc.
