Dear Sir
One of the employee of the Company is leaving the job from 31.10.2013. Rs.135000/- paid to him as gratuity.
Under which section to show gratuity in Form 16 as exemption since it is exempted till 10 lacs ?

Since it is exempted under sec 10 then disclose it as exempted under sec 10.
