Formation of company---doubt (urgent)

hiii frnds.
hope u all r fyn..
i have a doubt relaetd to formation of company.. i hv uploaded Form1,18,32 AND HAVE GOT D documents correctd.. Now when i scan the correctd documents and convert into pdf using PDF CREATOR, and attach it to Form 67, the size exceeds 2.6MB.
when i scan in black & white, the franking details cannot be seen..
pl guide frnds....

try using a pdf compresser, it will reduce the file size.
