is there any signature required on form ST1 for ST registration I mean can we do this procedure without help of CA

You can do this, After filing online application for ST-1 registration, you have to submit hard copy of required documents with hard copy of form ST-1 (Certified by authorised Signatory) to Service tax department.

1.Yes , signature required. Self attested copies of documents should be send by registered / speed post to the concerned DIVISION with 7 days of electronically uploading ST-1.
