16 July 2019 Sir,

The total turnover for the Year 2017 - 18 ( April to Mar ) is above Rs. 2 Crores. But, the turnover for the period
July 17 to Mar 18 is less than Rs. 2 Crores. Is it necessary to file GSTR 9C ?

Please advice.
