We are in the process of filing form 32 back dated. 1)Mr.A & B have been appointed as Director on 15/10/2011 and Mr. C on 10/02/12. 2) Mr.D resigned on 25/10/2011,Mr.E on 10/02/2012 and Mr.F on 16/01/2012
Now my query is will I have to file 4 different forms-1) for appointment of A & B 2) for appointment of C and resignation of E 3) for for resignation of D and 4) for resignation of F or is there any other easy procedure? Kindly advise
