dear sir pls advice
we r listed company,
we hve reapointed one of our WTD w.e.f 14.05.13. n we pass this resolution in BM dtd 30.05.13,
is this action valid?
we hve filed form 32 n 23 already and after filing form 25c ROC raised query that date of appointment is less than Board meeting.
pls advise what we can do to correct this

No, you can not appoint MD/WTD retrospectively. However you can paid remuneration retrospectively. Yes, Form is correctly said.
