21 July 2012 Dear Sir;
I would like to know if i file form 23B of financial year 2011-12 after 21st july what fees and penalty has to be paid if there is delay of 1 months from 21st July. Kindly reply as earliest as possible.

21 July 2012 The fee and penalty will be according to the Schedule X.

The filing fee must be 5000 and will variate according to the capital of the company.

Might possible this year the Ministry may provide any relaxation.

The delay shall be calculated from the due date of filing.
