You have to purchase a software for doing this. No reliable software are available free. Alternatively you may register the TAN of the company on TIN-NSDL site. After registration of TAN when you log in there is a facility to download official Form 16A as per TDS returns filed by you. For registration of TAN please follow the following link:

Form 16 (Annual) should be issued within 31st May whereas Form 16A (Last quarter) should be issued within 30th May.
