Reimb 2)Vehicle Exps reim (Private use only) 3)Telephone Exps Reimb (Private Use) 4)News paper Exps Reimb 5)Cooking gas exps. (Exps by Employee) 6)Servent/Driver Exps Reimb. 7)Electricity Exps Reimb.(Exps by Employee)
All the above reimb. are expenses incured by employee & after submitting exps voucher we reimbursed the same. Now my question is weather it is necessary to give Form 12BA along with Form16 & if necessary then Pl. do tell me Value of above perq. as per rules.
