13 May 2010 Sir,

We are paying following Reimbursements to our employees as a part of Salary
1)Medical Exps. Reimb
2)Vehicle Exps reim (Private use only) 3)Telephone Exps Reimb (Private Use)
4)News paper Exps Reimb
5)Cooking gas exps. (Exps by Employee)
6)Servent/Driver Exps Reimb.
7)Electricity Exps Reimb.(Exps by Employee)

All the above reimb. are expenses incured by employee & after submitting exps voucher we reimbursed the same.
Now my question is weather it is necessary to give Form 12BA along with Form16
& if necessary then Pl. do tell me Value of above perq. as per rules.

13 May 2010 In Form 12BA we need to disclose only the taxable value of the perquisites after considering exemptions
