DEAR SIR / MADAM,
I HAVE COMPLETED MY ARTICLESHIP ON 23RD AUGUST, 2010 AND ALSO SENT FORM 108 TO THE ICAI AFTER TWO DAYS i.e. 25TH AUGUST, 2010, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ARTICLESHIP COMPLETION CERTIFICATE.
PLEASE CLARIFY WHETHER INSTITUTE ISSUE ANY CERTIFICATE FOR THE GIVEN MATTER.
IF YES, WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR THAT?

The institute issues a articleship completion letter and sends its by an ordinary post. May be it has lost in postage.
E Mail to your respective regional office about the same so that they can send you a duplicate copy.

Alternatively, your then employer is supposed to get from ICAI a copy of letter regarding article ship completion. Pl meet him /her and take photocopy therefrom which will suffice for your records.
