WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE IN INDIA TO START A SUBSIDIARY COMPANY OR BRANCH OFFICE IN INDIA AND THE ACTIVITY WILL BE TRADING.
IS THERE ANY OPTION IN TAXES IF FOREIGN COMPANY TAKE THE INDIAN PARTNER ??
