A lady who do job in foreign as a maid and earned 30000 per month. Every month she transfer money to her Indian Account. Now she want to e-file ITR and want to take loan. Can she e file ITR in India???? if yes, than what about loan??

After getting PAN No. she can E file ITR in India. Based on monthly remittance she can borrow.

The salary earned is exempted being NRI depending upon other income file ITR 1/2.

Due to only foreign income, She has to file nil Return then how could she show her income to Bank to take loan??

Monthly bank remittances can be shown to the bankers besides letter from her employer.
