12 October 2012 Date for implementing GST has not been finalized yet.

If the same is implemented before March 2013, the same will be applicable from May, 2014 exams.

12 October 2012 GST will NOT be applicable for November 2013 exams. Finance Act 2012 shall be applicable.

You can start your coaching.

Major amendment is in service tax. Negative list has been introduced and scope of reverse charge has been widened. Do service tax throughly.

15 October 2012 1. Yes you can start the tutions. The current batch will be for May 2013 exams. The course for May 2013 and Nov 2013 will be the same. Only a few amendments will be applicable for Nov 2013.
