01 August 2013 if company replace any furniture & Fixture that furniture & Fixture should be capitalized or not

01 August 2013 why is the requirement of capitalising it?you are buying new furniture then simply compute profit/loss on asset sold.Show new asset in balancesheet

That means if old furniture & fixture WDV is 0 then new asset (F&F) also capitalise at Rs 0 value.
There is no materiality of amount
