Filing of salary return ay 2013-14

Can we file the return now for AY 2013-14. for TDS which has been deducted by employer but not remitted till now by the employer. Without Form 16, can we file individual return. if we file it is showing demand. what to do ?

Yes you can file belated return now u/s 139(4). Yu can file return without form since form not required to be submitted physically. Check the details from your 26AS and file the return.
