A company has received a notice u/s 142(1) for non filing of return for the AY 2011-12 on 29 july 2013. Can the company now e file the annual return of that period as efiling is compulsory.

Yes company has to file the return. In ITR 6
for field - "Return filed under section" Select "13 - u/s 142(1)"
for field - "Return filed under section" Select "13 - u/s 142(1)"
