hello guys..,
I had a doubt that if a person has filed the income tax return without signature can he file a revised return.?? or is there a remedy to the situation..??

If any income tax return filed without signature of the assessee, it will be defective return and deemed that no return has been filed.
File new Income tax return with all mandatory fields and signature of assessee.
Further, letter stating the facts about filing first return without signature may be addressed to IT authority with acknowledgement number of same return.

The expert is correct. If you have filed manual return without signature then it is a defective return and the same can be rectified by either meeting the concerned section incharge or the concerned Income Tax Officer.
Once this defect is removed you need not file any revised return.
