Filing of form 20b, 23ac & 23ac [Resolved]

If any company has not filed Form 20B, 23AC & 23ACA for FY: 11-12 (As SRN of old CA filing 23B is not available). Can it file above forms for FY: 12-13 first and then later (after some days) on for FY: 11-12.

Pl. can anyone guide for the above?

31 October 2013 1. If srn for 23b is not available, go to the roc. They will give it to you.

2. It is advisable that you file for fy 2011-12 first

You demand your CA to give SRN of Form-23B to file Form-23AC & ACA of FY 2012-13.

You can file Form-20B without auditor details.

31 October 2013 Please confirm your company have any email on which you received mail for ROC forms approval.

If you have mail then you have got the mail of Form 23B filed by your auditor.

31 October 2013 They can do so, there is no restriction. Generally MCA not demand for filing of Annual Filing on step by step. So you can file Annual file For they FY 2010-11 and then FY 2012-13.

You can file annual form for the FY 2011-12 lateron.
