Filing of form 20b, 23ac & 23ac
If any company has not filed Form 20B, 23AC & 23ACA for FY: 11-12 (As SRN of old CA filing 23B is not available). Can it file above forms for FY: 12-13 first and then later (after some days) on for FY: 11-12.
Pl. can anyone guide for the above?

You demand your CA to give SRN of Form-23B to file Form-23AC & ACA of FY 2012-13.
You can file Form-20B without auditor details.
If you have mail then you have got the mail of Form 23B filed by your auditor.
You can file annual form for the FY 2011-12 lateron.
