21 May 2010 Can we take the deduction u/s 35D of income tax Act for filing fees paid to ROC for increase in authorised share capital.? if yes how much ? if no please give the case law reference

21 May 2010 The fee paid to ROC for enhancing the authorised capital is not allowable as revenue expenditure but deductible over a period of five years (earlier ten years) under section 35D(2)(c)(iv).
