How is extension to be calculated? What is to be considered as leave and what is not? Are intervening holidays during exam days considered as leave? Am doing PCC

Dear friend you have to clarify your course you are doing or you can search the training chart provided by your Institute where you can found the details of leave.
According to me the holidays are not treating as leave.

Method of calculation is as follows by way an example:-
1) duration of article ship - 3 years = 1095 days.
2) actual leave availed = 180 days.
3) permitted leave = 1095 - 180 / 6 = 153 days.
4) excess leave = 180-153 = 27 days.
