Eway bill in case of boxes that carry the goods

Please suggest what is the position of boxes that carry the goods. These boxes will be sent back after unloading of the goods from the boxes by the recipient. Whether we need eway bill for such boxes from and to, either separately or included in the same eway bill in which invoice is sent.
