Etds revised returns

15 January 2013 we have filed our original etds returns in which the data of singal challan was splitted in small sums acccrdingly to the deducteewise deduction from contract payment
no we want to file revised returns and putting the single entry of challan which was splitted. and the other challan are to be deleted as there were no challans of small amount
Now on giving comandd of deletion the software responces tha " you can not delet the challan as per NSDL rules " on other hand we tried to put zero against the same challans the error file is created and the FVU file does not be created
what shoul we do ?
all quarters are to be revised and the same situations are in every returns and heavy demand is raised due to wrong data feeding which can not be delated
