Dear Expert,
If salary of employee is mare than Rs 15000, whether ESI would be payable on actual salary or it will restricted on Rs 15000.

But, The limit is increased Rs. 15k to Rs. 21k....

Yes the said limit has been increased to 21000, and m not getting why the company will pay for higher amount, they will always try to curtail their expense
