The challan No. is ITNS 285.
Equalisation levy is covered in Chapter VIII of Finance Act 2016.

Like TDS show it under liability while deducting and pay it against liability.

There is not any option of making payment less levy on fb payment portal..

Contact fb if they are not agreeing for the deduction then you have to bear it.
