Dear Sir,
Suppose an Person who has Bachelor of Engineering Degree and if he want to Pursue Chartered Accoutant Course My question Is he eligible for the course if yes than what is the procedure for the same.

Yes. He has to appear for CPT as same as other students. There is no concept of exemption.
