Dear experts
I would like to know that in economic and labour law subject of CS exe stage it is necessary to learn each and every case law name.As in this subject in each chapter every single definition contains so many case laws which are possible to understand and learn but not their names.
And if i would like to learn only important case law names how would i know which one is important.

Dear Simaranjeet,
You are correct it is quite difficult to remember the case laws. In my view you need to remember case laws related to topics asked frequently in exams. I will suggest you a book which helped me immensely in my CS Inter preparation. It is CS executive compilation from law point publication. I prepared the caselaws for Economic & Labour Laws from this book and questions where based exactly on these caselaws. It is very good book for prepartion even if you have very little time as in my case. Also make a note of these caselaws on a paper and give it a look once in a day as the names are quite difficult. Also study caselaws as if you are studying a story.

No need to learn all the case laws...Try and give a sound reading to them. Treat them as an example.
For definitional case laws simply pick one case which is simple and explaining the full definition.

YOU NEED NOT TO REMEMBER EVERY CASE LAWS, YOU SHOULD TO KNOW MAIN RULING/DECISION.
