Due date for the 1 agm

Respected sir,
A company is incorporated on 21-11-2015, according ly the 1st AGM can be held within in 9 months of closure of its Finalcial Year which is 31-03-2016 accordingly the due date for the AGM is 31-12-2016 is my contention is correct, please suggest me sir.

yes you are correct, the due date of AGM is 31st December 2016.
as per section 2(41) of the companies Act 2013, if a company is incorporated after 1st January, then financial year shall be the 31st March of the next year, otherwise 31st March of the same year.

what will be the date for Annual Filling (MGT 7 & AOC 4 in this case? and also date of fillling ADT1?

Dear CA Aman Kesharwani sir,
31-12-2016 is only the due date for 1st AGM, ADT-1 can be filed once auditor is appointed in the agm and Simultaneously annual filing of AOC-4 and MGT-7can be filed once the agm is conducted any time till the agm due date.
