Dear Sir, I have an 1 query regarding 44 AB, PUNJAB Main Branch is distributing material to Karnataka warehouse that is diffrent authorised firm. for dispatching goods for karnataka punjab is giving commission only in sale karnataka is not getting any profit they are getting commission only. actual sales for Karnataka is Rs 8,50,00,200 but Commission is Rs. 40,30,920/- weather Karnataka fall under 44AB..
