Defective return u/s 139(9)

Sir
I efiled my income tax return seeking refund of Rs.36000. when I visiting Incometaxindiaefiling website it shows my return is defective u/s 139(9) under my ' pending action' tab. But I didn't get any notice about it. How can I rectify the mistake with out knowing it. Is there any way to get the notice reissued ?

Dear sir, under pending action it only shows your return is defective u/s 139(9) , date of order and submit response

Call up CPC.
There were few cases handled by me wherein it showed the same status but later CPC admitted it was an error on their side and they got these details removed.

Kindly find the reason mentioned under pending action for defective return , if you agree with the defect rectify the error mentioned there then again generate xml u/s 139(9) and select yes, upload xml &submit response, however if you disagree with the defect then select no and submit the reason there as resonse to defect
