Format of the Statement is given in Trade Circular 27 T of 2009 & it is also available in the link of e 704 on the web

1. Acknowledgement of having uploaded e704

2. Letter of Submission

3. Part I of the Audit Report uploaded ( i. e. in excel sheet). Part I in other format will not be accepted.

4.Enclosures, clicked YES in Part I.
