dear all please tell me if a NRI gets its passport and other document notarise in his home country how long will it consider valid attestation in india . what is the validity period of such attestation

same period vality which the passport have..

or there is no validity of attestation... its only a true copy of original document and its not have any validity period under any law

bt sir my one of my company director is a foreigner and i asked in income tax dept for applying PAN for him for filing DIN 4 and the notarisation on his passport was of 2009 IT Dept peope asked me for new notarisation
