03 May 2011 dear all please tell me if a NRI gets its passport and other document notarise in his home country how long will it consider valid attestation in india . what is the validity period of such attestation

04 May 2011 bt sir my one of my company director is a foreigner and i asked in income tax dept for applying PAN for him for filing DIN 4 and the notarisation on his passport was of 2009 IT Dept peope asked me for new notarisation
