Whether doctors or health clinic have to file service Tax Return?

Doctors per se not liable as on date.
Health clinic / welnness come under health & Fitness centre and are liable to ST after Rs. 10 Lakhs of services. If they provide branded service they are liable from Re.1.
If provding taxable services and liable for registration they should register pay the ST and also file returns 6 monthly.
