Sir,
A Company made profits during the Financial Year 2013-14 and declared dividend on the AGM Conducted on September 2014. It has paid the Dividend Tax on October before the prescribed time limit of paying tax on dividend. But the Assessment year quoted on the Challan is 2015-16.
Whether it is correct or not?

The dividend is paid in October 2014 relevant to AY 2015-16 which is correct.
