Pls advice to understand whether Directors Report is essentially to be signed by all the Directors' or is sufficient if signed by the MD.

1) whether all the documents to be uploaded at ROC must bear the Contact No?
2) whether the Map of the place of AGM is required to be uploaded and signed by all the Directors?

2. Providing Route Map is not required for company whose shares are held by directors only or a WOS of another company. .
