02 September 2016 Director gets salary of Rs 25000 per month as per agreement with company.

The company has paid credit card Bills of the director

Can this salary be adjusted against such payment made by the company ?
Should we include the same in the employee agreement?

05 September 2016 if there is an express SERVICE agreement between the company and the director under which such clause forming part of the agreement only in that case the company is allowed to do so. otherwise, the company is not responsible for paying off third party obligations.
