plz let me know that how much remuneration can be paid to director in the pvt. ltd. company. kindly let me know as per the income tax as well as the as per company act also

11 March 2015 Section 197 of the Companies Act, 2013 prescribed the maximum ceiling for payment of managerial remuneration by public company.

Remuneration by private company to its director is governed by Articles of Association of the Company.
