service Tax applicable for Director service ..? what compliance ?

Yes service tax need to paid only for that amount which are not covered under the definition of salary, Sitting Fess etc.
and as per notification no 30/2012 dated 20th June, 2012 receiver of Services will required to liable for payment of Service Tax i.e. Company.
