what to do in case demand raised for ay 10-11 of an assessee of rs 13350 whereas he has deposited the same through challan and d return was manually filed, and once reply of the same has been submitted online. again the notice has been sent by ao to adjust refund of ay 15-16 with that of 10-11.

Submit application to jurisdictional ITO to give credit for tax already paid. Inform to CPC - not agreed. payment already done, give details.
