Delievery charges to pay service tax

19 November 2015 Delivery Charges is paid to the transporter by consignor for goods taken from the factory gate of the consignor.

Frieght is not paid it is "To Pay" Basis

Consignor have to pay the Service Tax. on him
if yes, then, actual payment basis once in 3 months have to pay or not after the abatement of 70%. reply.
