Want to know what is the definition of "Undertaking" in Form no 10CCB that is required to be filled for availing exemption under section of 80I C?
We have a factory in Rudrapur that is not a separate legal entity, in Uttrakand state. Does the undertaking mean this factory or our legacy entity.
Would be grateful for a quick answer as soon as possible.
