I am an accountant. I want about deemed let out property.
I have two properties. One is commercial self occupied where I took business and one residential in my name. Can I show rent as deemed let out on my residential property?
Pl advise and also tell in detail how can I prove the income from deemed let out property. Pl reply It is urgent.

No deemed let out is required if you consider one residential property and one commercial property in which you are doing business.
