Deduction u/s 80c - tuition fee

Tuition fee paid by me for my son (Std.3rd) is re-imbursed by my employer. The amount re-imbursed is added in my salary amount for calculation of income tax. My querry is, whether I can claim the amount of tuition fee paid by me as deduction u/s 80(C).

Yes you can claim the same as deduction u/s 80C (Max 1 Lac)
