I am salaries person my company pay me as basic only there is no separate conveyance
Than should I take deduction of Rs.800.00 p.m. while filling my it return

No. for any allowance getting exemption, the allowance should be in part of your salary. other wise the question of taxable or exemption will nor arise. so you cannot claim Rs.800 exemption on transport allowance

you can ask your company to structure your salary in such a way that you will get exeption for such allowances.
Transport allowance : Rs. 800 pm
HRA (if you are paying rent)
Children education allowance / Hostel allowance etc..
