is the deduction for conveyance is per employer or per assessee ?

It's per assessee. Imagine what will a employer with 1000s of workers do if the conveyance deduction is per employer. :)

sorry sir I didn't portray the question properly...
what I am asking is ..
if an employee worked at two employers in a financial year...
can he claim deduction of 19200 from the salary received from 2 employers ..
or restricted to one ?

He can claim the conveyance allowance from both employers subject to a maximum of Rs.19200
