Dear expert
I am working in a logistic co. and in one case we have received declaration of non deduction of TDS of a pvt co. but they have attached a list in which 14 truck no.s has been provided by the director. - 9 truck in the name of director -4 trucks in the name of wife of a director and -1 truck in the name of other person. Now i don't know whether they have entered these trucks in co.'s books of accounts or not?? even i don't know director's wife is director in company or not?? In these case whether i should deduct TDS or not???

TDS applicable on the pvt co. as the company is not owning the trucks.
