15 July 2013 The company allotted 1000 shares on 31.08.2012 and 1000 shares on 31.03.2013. What should be the date of issue of share certificates?

As per section 313 of the Companies Act, 1956, the share certificate with proper execution will be send to the share holders with in 3 months from the date of allotment.

In your case:

Firstly, it should be reached with shareholders till 30.11.2012.

Secondly, It should be reached upto 30.06.2013.
